Malyn 108, Newly Renovated Waterfront condo, private patio on Boca Ciega Bay

Definitely would come back again! Positive: The host was 10+ Lovely end unit with morning sunrises and evening sunsets! Well equipped with everything a person would need!

Our review Positive: Ground floor. My wife has heated disks in her back I have 2 artificial knees We like the patio and view of the bay Negative: Nothing I didn't really like. However the owners should be aware of metal frame chairs damaging the patio. Just a heads up.

Amazing stay, would recommend to friends, family, and strangers! Positive: Convenient location, provided all necessary items, extremely responsive host, clean place, great view, updated throughout, convenient check in and out. Pictures are representative of what’s provided, place is even more updated than pictures provide! Negative: That I couldn’t stay forever!

Wonderful stay overall! Positive: Great location! Attentive owner, but not attentive property manager. Place is updated very nice and is comfortable! Negative: Property manager was late getting our unit rental ready on time, however when I contacted the host, they were kind and compensated by giving us a free late checkout. The manager also took the coffee we counted on using. The place needed just a few small extras like kitchen towel, instructions how to use TV, pamphlets of area, and bath mat for getting out of shower.
