Malyn 108, Newly Renovated Waterfront condo, private patio on Boca Ciega Bay

Wonderful stay overall! Positive: Great location! Attentive owner, but not attentive property manager. Place is updated very nice and is comfortable! Negative: Property manager was late getting our unit rental ready on time, however when I contacted the host, they were kind and compensated by giving us a free late checkout. The manager also took the coffee we counted on using. The place needed just a few small extras like kitchen towel, instructions how to use TV, pamphlets of area, and bath mat for getting out of shower.

We highly recommend staying at the Malyn at Treasure Island!!! Positive: We had our own private waterfront where we spotted dolphins in the early morning , meteor showers and the sunsets at the Malyn are beautiful and so memorable. Negative: Nothing not to like. Everything was 5 stars for us.

Positive: The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The personal patio looks directly over the causeway and we loved sitting there every morning with a coffee watching the birds and wildlife, including a dolphin swimming by. It was very peaceful and quiet. The perfect home from home. Although we didnt use the pool, it looked lovely and was cleaned everyday. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed on arrival and were contactable if we had any questions. We absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave..it really was beyond our expectations and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended..
