Malyn 122, Waterfront condo, few blocks to beach

Super cute, good location, and great for the price. Will definitely be back! Positive: The room itself was small but cute! Big bed and nice pull out couch so can fit 4-5 people I’d say. Very nice and updated bathroom. The temp of the room stayed comfortable throughout. A very quick walk to the beach which we loved! The pool at the condo is heated and was super nice. The property and the dock behind the property is so cute and great for pictures. The owners provided beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon which were game changers for our beach days. Definitely recommend!! Negative: It can get smoky if you’re using the oven.

This very unit is directly under 2 huge A/C units on roof causing a very loud roar and vibrations throughout the entire small unit, all day and most of night. The units operate the entire building and they are directly over this rental units bed. The entry door was off the hinges and striped screws with cardboard in holes. We Injured arm after wrestling with a steel door jammed every time we went through it!! A fraudulent explanation /excuse was given before arriving to to rental about climate bring the cause of the door rubbing problem. We sure found out what she meant!Complaining caused host to disappear on us!! Quit all communication..Other than these 3 important negative facts, it is a cute little place in a nice area.Keith and Laurie

Over all it was good. Positive: Great location and price Negative: The entrance door and the bathroom door very hard to open and close. Looks like the hinges are loose. We had to lift up on the doors to open and close them.And there was a loud air conditioner above on the roof we could hear.

I’d do it again Positive: The condo was almost perfect; well stocked and thought out, spacious, and clean. The location and amenities of the property left nothing to be desired. Friendly helpful staff too. Negative: The mattress. The topper made body forms that remained long after I positioned out of them.
