The Seaside Cottages were such an enjoyable place to stay. The cottage itself was exactly as advertised and Megan and Scott are wonderful hosts. Friendly and easy to work with. The pool is lovely and the beach is so easy to walk to. The area is great. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping without the congestion of Clearwater. We will definitely be back.

The cottage was perfect! Very cute and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach and easy beach access. Nice area. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place with Unpleasant surprise Positive: Clean comfortable close to beach. Negative: I had to quickly relocate my mature teen son since it was not clear in the listing this is a 21+ place. Really not sure what 21+ means anyway—I am adult supervision and we were very respectful and quiet. Also, I planned on using the advertised gas grill but it didn’t work. Fortunately I could give the steaks to the friends who took my son in for the last night.
